A 3D TV broadcaster with its own virtual studio. It talks, moves, dances, jumps, etc.
This project demonstrates the use of
hierarchical meshes and the blending of different animation sets. The hierarchy
of this character contains static meshes, skin meshes, as well as tweening
meshes (for the mouth). The application automatically animates the mouth whenever
a sound is detected on the mic.
The environment contains different puzzle games
as well as a video player that can play video files using DirectShow.
The project was built
with Tyfirty and it took me about 25 days to finish the programming. However, the
whole project took more than 25 days.
